Where do I purchase patron tickets?
Patron tickets can be booked by contacting us via email: email@example.com. The deadline for your name to be included in the production playbill is 15th October.
I am no longer able to attend, can I request a refund?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be honoured.
What is the length of the production?
Sarafina is a full-length Broadway musical running 2 hours and 30 minutes with a 15-minute intermission.
What time should I arrive at the theatre for the performance?
Doors open at 6:15pm with the performance starting promptly at 7pm. We anticipate full audiences for each performance so please ensure you arrive early to provide you with ample time to park and to make your way to your seat.
Does my child require a ticket for the performance?
All guests require a ticket and allocated seat, regardless the age.
Is there an age requirement to attend the performance?
Given the musical subject matter we recommend the show appropriate for a young person 10 years or older. However, we recognize how valuable theatre experiences are and therefore the discretion is up to the parent/guardian. For the enjoyment of all audiences, please no babies.
What are the available access offerings for people with disabilities?
There are allocated seats for wheelchair access. Please call or email us to request those seats.
What are the policies and procedures in relation to Covid-19?
Masks wearing is strongly encouraged, but optional for all guests. Kindly note the venue may shift seating arrangements should there be any changes to regulations or health guidelines.
Will snacks and drinks be available for sale at intermission?
Yes, we will have snacks and drinks on sale with a limited offering cash wine bar. Cash and major credit cards accepted. Proceeds go to support TROIKA’s Pillar Programs. No food or drink is allowed to be bought into the theatre.
Will there be TROIKA merchandise items on sale at the show?
Yes! Show your support for our programs by rocking our TROIKA Swag! Limited merchandise will be available for sale during online ticket sale checkout and in the lobby during the performances.
Will the show be video recorded for purchase?
No, the licensing for the musical production does not allow for us to video record the performances for reproduction/sale.
Are there any group rates?
Yes, group discounts are available for purchase of 10 or more tickets for the preview night performance only.
Is there a student/seniors ticket rate available?
Yes, the $48 student/seniors rate is available for the preview performance only on select seats.
